The building is delivered as a compact «Kit of Parts» complete with a comprehensive self-assembly manual. This approach drastically reduces shipping costs and minimizes the risk of transit damage. It is the perfect choice for projects in hard-to-reach areas, islands, or nature reserves where delivering oversized, fully assembled modules is impossible.
03. License
Under the licensing model, we supply only the structural timber framework. You gain full access to our architectural designs, business processes, and the right to use our brand trademarks. Designed for large-scale developers, this model allows you to leverage advanced technology for your projects in exchange for an initial fee and ongoing royalties based on developed square meters.
